Everything PCOS, in one place

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome touches cycles, weight, mood and energy. PCOS Pal brings the pieces together so you can see what actually moves the needle.

Cycle tracking built for PCOS

Log irregular periods and symptoms. Predictions adapt to your real data instead of assuming a textbook 28-day cycle.

PCOS-scored nutrition

Every food gets a PCOS score based on how it affects insulin and inflammation, so choosing a meal takes seconds.

Cycle-synced workouts

Movement matched to where you are in your cycle — supportive on low-energy days, stronger when you have it.

Evidence-based lessons

Clear, science-backed lessons on insulin resistance, diet and lifestyle — no fads, no shame.

Trends & correlations

See how weight, symptoms and habits move together over time, and spot the patterns that matter to you.

Private by design

Your health data is yours. Progress photos stay on your device, and you can export or delete everything anytime.

How PCOS Pal works

  1. Set up your profile

A short, private quiz tailors the app to your symptoms and goals.

  2. Log as you go

Track your cycle, meals, movement and how you feel — quickly, without judgment.

  3. See what helps

Trends and correlations turn your logs into insight you can act on.

PCOS questions, answered

Common questions about managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with an app.

Is PCOS Pal free?

Yes. Cycle and symptom tracking, the meal rotation, workouts, the food scanner, your progress and your doctor summary are all free, with no ads and no trial that quietly ends. A handful of the in-depth PCOS lessons are open from day one.

Premium is one thing only: the rest of the in-depth lessons. Everything else in the app stays free whether you buy it or not.

The long answer: what PCOS Pal is, what is free, and what premium costs.

What does premium cost?

There is a monthly plan, an annual plan, and a one-time purchase that never renews. The price appears in your own currency on the App Store or Google Play before you confirm anything — we do not quote a figure here, because the store is the only place it is guaranteed to be right.

You are not asked to pay during sign-up. The paywall only appears when you open a lesson that premium covers, after you have used the app.

What is PCOS?

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal condition that can cause irregular periods, weight changes, insulin resistance, acne and difficulty with fertility. It affects roughly 1 in 10 women of reproductive age.

Can an app really help me manage PCOS?

An app can't replace your doctor, but consistent tracking of cycles, nutrition and habits helps you and your clinician see patterns and measure what's working. PCOS Pal is built to make that tracking effortless.

Does PCOS Pal work if my cycles are irregular?

Yes — it's designed for irregular cycles. Predictions learn from your actual history rather than assuming a fixed cycle length.

Is my health data private?

Your data belongs to you. Progress photos stay on your device, sync is secured to your account, and you can export or permanently delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How much does PCOS Pal cost?

The core app is free. An optional premium upgrade unlocks the full library of in-depth lessons. Prices are always shown in the app before you buy.

PCOS Pal is a wellness and education tool. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about your health.
